We rebuilt UniEd Tech’s learning infrastructure to fix unreliable payments, improve content creation tools, and integrate live learning, transforming a sluggish platform into a high-retention, scalable product. The Challenging Part

Our Solutions
We rebuilt the platform with a focus on revenue stability, automation, and user experience. Subscription models were introduced alongside global payment integrations using Stripe and PayPal. Zoom was embedded for live classes, while a credit-based Uni Wallet made transactions simpler. Instructors received a new Project Builder to streamline content creation, and real-time chat and video tools boosted interaction. Admins now use a centralized dashboard to monitor revenue and payouts.
