The Challenging Part

UniEdTech had strong potential but was blocked by operational and technical breakdowns:

  • Outdated one-time payment model with no recurring revenue
  • Unreliable transactions and delayed instructor payouts
  • No built-in live class functionality (Zoom links shared manually)
  • Slow, clunky tools for instructors to create content
  • Manual admin work for tracking payments and revenue
  • Low engagement due to limited communication between users

Our Solutions

We rebuilt the platform with a focus on revenue stability, automation, and user experience. Subscription models were introduced alongside global payment integrations using Stripe and PayPal. Zoom was embedded for live classes, while a credit-based Uni Wallet made transactions simpler. Instructors received a new Project Builder to streamline content creation, and real-time chat and video tools boosted interaction. Admins now use a centralized dashboard to monitor revenue and payouts.
