Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to take ownership of front-end development for one of our projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, & pixel-perfect user interfaces, while collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into clean, responsive front-end code
Build and maintain reusable components using React
Implement layouts using Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and other modern front-end frameworks
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Collaborate with backend teams for seamless API integration
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding requirements and progress
Key Responsibilities
4–5 years of strong front-end development experience
Proven expertise in Figma-to-code slicing (pixel-perfect implementation)
Strong hands-on experience with React
Solid command of Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
Familiarity with modern front-end tools, frameworks, and best practices
Good understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into UI solutions
Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Team player with a professional and proactive attitude
